Limited Inspections
In some instances home or business owners will not need a full inspection report but may have specific concerns and questions about their property. We can offer a focused limited inspection tailored to your specific requirements. For example, a homeowner may have questions about the condition of their foundation. In this case we would do a site visit and inspection, confer with the homeowner and write up a brief report of our findings and recommendations.
We have conducted limited inspections for grade and drainage, exterior siding and trim, moisture issues and fire and safety concerns and other items.
WALK THROUGH INSPECTIONSIn some cases a full inspection and report may not be necessary. We can offer an on-site walk through inspection in these instances. The inspector will meet with the client or client's representative to do a physical inspection of the structure and grounds. No written report is provided in this instance but you are welcome to take notes or record the inspection for your records. This is the least expensive home inspection option.
